CELT Properties & Homes was established in 2008 by a long-time resident of Texas County. Our Team stands strong on providing high quality and affordable housing along with professionalism to our tenants and neighbors. Our position is simple; “Just Be Honest”: “Under Promise – Over Deliver – A Rule We Live By” We work very hard to provide safe, quality and affordable housing to the residents of our communities. We look ahead and plan for upcoming housing needs of our growing community and economic development in the area. Home Rentals
CELT Properties & Homes currently has two Manufactured Home Communities inside the city limits of Guymon, OK. We offer a wide variety of floor plans that is sure to suit the individual needs of each family and work hard to assure all our homes are clean, well maintained and kept in good working condition at all times. To accomplish this We have full time Office and Maintenance Personnel who go through continued education to keep up with the ever changing laws and technology so that if there is a problem, it is addressed quickly. In addition, our Southwest Park has an upscale Laundromat for our tenants and the general public.
New Home Sales
CELT Properties & Homes is a licensed Manufactured Home Dealer for our area. We have a different philosophy when it comes to buying a new Manufactured Home. Our thinking is “Why not get exactly what you want at a price you can afford, at NO EXTRA CHARGE”. We have a variety of designs, so that you can order exactly what you want; style, color, lighting, etc. Once you decide, it can be delivered in approximately 30 days and we will provide a professional installation without cutting corners.
Laundromat
Our Laundromat at our Southwest Park has Commercial Triple-load Washing Machines and High Powered Dryers. All the machines are high quality stainless steel ; fast and energy efficient. We add water softening equipment to the washers which allows for a better quality of washing along with requiring less detergent. We are proud to offer this service to our tenants as well as to the general public. Our extended hours of the Laundromat allows for customers who work “shift work” or “odd hours” the opportunity to get their laundry done without disrupting their normal routines. We offer a full line of Manufactured Home Parts and Supplies for: set up, doors, windows, plumbing and electrical supplies, etc..
Expansion
We reinvest here in Guymon, Oklahoma and the surrounding areas and have been working extremely hard over the last few years to help provide high quality and affordable housing to the ever-growing community we serve.
- Our first Manufactured Home expansion project started in April of 2009 where we added 20 new, three bedroom two bath homes.
- In April of 2012, we completed our second expansion project adding 9 more new mobile homes. These homes are a combination of two & three bedrooms with two bathrooms.
- In June of 2012, we completed the construction of our new office, Laundromat and maintenance shop.
- As of May 2013, we have completed our third expansion project adding 12 more new homes. These homes are high-quality two bedrooms with two bathrooms.
- February 4, 2015 we added 2 more new units.
- We will continue to add new units for the betterment of the community.
